Welker laid it out perfectly:
“Dozens of Somalians have been charged, convicted, and sentenced for stealing over $1 BILLION in taxpayer money during Covid.
Do you take responsibility for failing to stop this fraud in your state?”
And what does Tim Walz — the man in charge during the biggest welfare heist in Minnesota history — say?
“I take responsibility for putting people in jail… Minnesota is prosperous, generous, AAA-bond rated… and that attracts criminals.”
Wow.
Just unbelievable.
Instead of acknowledging that:
His agencies ignored fraud warnings
Whistleblowers were silenced
DHS begged him to act and he retaliated
His admin let hundreds of millions walk out the door
Foreign nationals funneled money to overseas networks
Minnesota became the national poster child for welfare fraud
…Walz shrugs and says Minnesota is “too generous,” so criminals just show up.
Then — like clockwork — he blames Trump:
“That’s Donald Trump: Deflect, demonize… corruption is something HE knows about.”
No, Governor.
You ran the state when over a BILLION dollars was stolen.
You ignored the red flags.
You presided over the largest fraud ring in U.S. history.
You protected political allies instead of taxpayers.
Your own DHS employees say you retaliated against whistleblowers and buried fraud reports.
Tim Walz isn’t taking responsibility.
He’s taking zero.
And Minnesota taxpayers are the ones paying the price.
