So there we were, in the middle of the plaza, sun blazing, tourists everywhere, and me? I was standing completely frozen, dressed like a statue. Full silver paint from head to toe, shades, metallic gloves, and a smile that never moved.

My sign was simple:

With a sudden jump and a wave right in their face, I’d yell like a cheerful maniac who just broke free from concrete. People SCREAMED. Some ran. Others dropped their drinks. One guy even flinched so hard he smacked himself in the forehead with his phone. I swear I almost broke character laughing.
